Interval style training makes the sessions suitable
for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced
Gain trekking specific fitness, increase strength
and tone, reduce body fat, improve balance, stability and flexibility
and learn how to make healthy lifestyle choices
Group sessions are run on alternate Sunday mornings on the Northern Beaches (8.30am start)
Trek Fitness Program ($250):
- A comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to help you identify
your appropriate exercise level and lifestyle factors to change
to achieve optimum health
- A 10-week balanced trekking specific training program
- A one-on-one consultation on nutrition and lifestyle for new clients

- Program 1 - February to April
- Program 2 - April to July

- 7 Feb - Initial fitness assessment and flexibility
session, Balmoral Beach (1 hour)
- 21 Feb – Trek around Middle Head and core strength
training session, Sydney Harbour National Park (2 hours)
- 7 March – Trek around Manly Dam and interval training session, Garrigal National Park (2
hours)
- 21 March – Trek around Long Reef Marine Park with trek performance
and balance session, Northern Beaches (2 hours)
- 4 April – Trek around Narrabeen Lakes and finish
with relaxation exercises, Northern Beaches (2 hours)
- 18 April - Final fitness reassessment, Balmoral Beach (1 hour)
