The simplicity of our exercises allows our Adventure Fitness community to train for their trips using minimal equipment whether in, or outdoors. It would be amazing to be in the water most days but for the large percentage of surfers this is not possible. Rest assured, there are a number of things that you can do to be pro-active. With a fitter, conditioned body you can surf harder and longer, increase your stability and control, paddle longer, and recover faster for the next session in the water.
Surfing is a demanding sport and requires a sport specific program to improve your performance. Adventure Fitness functional training programs mimic the movements a surfer exhibits in the water. It applies scientific principles to boost your strength and conditioning performance.
