Our adventure treks are designed to give you that goal that is
really worth training for and for your training to be a truly enjoyable
and rewarding experience with a group of like-minded people who
share the same sense of adventure for a challenging mountain trek.

The training package
As part of your adventure trekking experience you will receive
a training package that is designed to train you for the demands
of your chosen adventure trek. The package:
- An initial group fitness assessment.
- A comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to help you pinpoint
areas to work on to achieve optimum health.
- A periodised 12-week training program to use prior to the trek.
- 4 Sunday morning treks during the 3 months before your trekking
adventure. Each trek is progressively longer and more strenuous.
You will explore the National Parks in and around Sydney - the
Sydney Harbour National Park, Lane Cove National Park, Garrigal
National Park and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. You will train
with backpacks over uneven ground to build the strength and endurance
required for your mountain adventure.
- A final group fitness reassessment before you head off on your
trek.
- Group workshops during your adventure on the foundations of
achieving good health.
You will also receive a copy of How to eat, move and be healthy
by Paul Chek - a complete guide to achieving optimum health.
